Fest Cushion
Destilator Collection
The Fest Cushion is a durable, portable padded seat that cleverly reuses the original eyelets from the material, allowing you to tie or clip it onto a backpack, bag, bicycle basket, sack, or shoulder strap.
Although the cushion feels most at home at festivals, it will happily accompany you while creating outdoors, relaxing on a terrace, camping, enjoying a holiday, having a picnic, or reading your favourite book in the park.
*Product photographs are symbolic, as each piece is unique. We recommend visiting Jakopič Gallery and checking the current selection in our Destilator pop-up shop or simply trust us to choose for you. If the decision feels too difficult, feel free to write at info@destilator.si, and sustainable designer Maja Modrijan will be happy to help you.

Each piece is uniquely handcrafted from a surplus advertising banner created for the Pop-up accompanying programme of the exhibition Ripples: A Visual Diary of Water at Jakopič Gallery. Instead of ending up in a landfill or incinerator, these discarded coated fabrics have been transformed into new, functional products.
After fluttering in the wind, facing the sun, pressing against cables during stormy nights, and being moved around storage spaces, the banners developed their own distinctive patina over time. Now carried in your hands, the products still bear traces of their previous life.
We hope they will continue serving a new purpose for many years to come, collecting new circular stories together with you.
With the opening of the exhibition Ripples: A Visual Diary of Water, the Destilator pop-up shop was also launched at the Jakopič Gallery. In the sustainable spirit of the Ripples project, you can find in it useful recycled products – wallets, bags, maps and more – made from an old promotional flag and and a banner for our past exhibitions. The products were conceived and handcrafted by sustainable designer Maja Modrijan, the driving force and heart behind Destilator Studio. We warmly invite you to secure your own limited-edition piece, literally stitched together from fragments of the 15-year exhibition history of Jakopič Gallery.
