Ivan Hribar: Javno. Ustvarjalno. Zasebno.
Monograph
Ivan Hribar (1851–1941) is perhaps the most recognisable political figure of the era of Slovene/Slavic emancipation from Austro-Hungary, and certainly the most prominent mayor of Ljubljana. Much has been written about him – he is most often referenced as a Slovene banker and insurance executive, politician, mayor, diplomat, and publicist. This monograph, through essays by twelve authors, brings new insights, additions, and intriguing details concerning both Hribar’s public activity and the many facets of his rather unusual private life.
